All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society, and its founders realized very early, the need to bring about reforms through education. Since its inception in 1917, it has been the Society’s endeavor to continuously improve its initiatives.

Today the Society has made huge foray into the noble field of education, meeting the all round requirements on various fronts including emerging areas.

I have observed the excellent progress recorded by the College in teaching, research, academic and co-curricular activities and placements. Our attempt in the future will be to develop quality infrastructure in terms of space as well as equipment at an optimum cost, provide the best opportunities to the faculty and the students, facilitating the teaching and research activity in the College so that the Institution is ready to face the challenges lying ahead, in the future.

The interests of stake holders, namely students, parents and above all the society, will always remain our top priority. I wish all the best to the faculty and the students in their endeavors.

Thank you very much for visiting this page of our website. Previously we worked only for ladies students. But now new dimensions are going to be added to this institute. This institute has now changed its name from AISSMS’s Women’s College of Engineering to AISSMS’s Institute of Information Technology and hence it is now open even to boy students.

This event itself is going to change the scenario and may help adding new vigor to all the activities on the campus. We have beautifully planned building and other facilities. Classrooms, teachers and laboratory experiments as per University requirements is a routine work. 

In spite of efforts put in by University authority and Board of Studies it is expected that we can not meet 100% present requirements of the industry. But the institute is very much after bridging this gap by interacting with resource persons from industry and arranging series of lectures for the purpose. 

In near future we are planning to be associated with various professional organization like National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) and other institutes.

Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam has made one observation. He found in all successful people, world over, one thing common i.e. commitment towards their assigned / accepted work.

Here, in AISSMS’S IOIT, we are committed to impart necessary skills and knowledge to our students in best possible manner, spirit in good environment and allowing them dreaming big and helping them achieve the same.

Industry demands technocrat – leaders to serve various sectors. We all stake holders, including you, have to work in this direction to fulfill the dream INDIA-2020.
